„We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. “

„Ich blieb 3 Tage im Hotel während meiner Geschäftsreise und bin völlig begeistert von der besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses. Habe geräumiges Doppelzimmer gehabt, es fehlte an nichts. Im Restaurant werden sowohl europäische als auch kasachische Köstlichkeiten serviert, zwar teuer, aber richtig gut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr grosszügig, der Pool ist 25 meter lang(!), die Spa-Anwendungen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist kompetent und stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. „Super Hotel in Zentrum von Almaty. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Liegt im schönen und grünen Viertel. Allerdings muss ich hier sagen, dass die ganze Stadt grün ist. Man kann am Abend schön spazieren gehen. Die Menschen auf der Strasse sind sehr höflich, friedlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal im Hotel ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker.Mir persöhnlich hat der Kaffee leider nicht geschmäckt. ...

„Zentrale Lage, so daß viele Dinge im Zentrum von Almaty zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe lassen die Ernährung abwechslungsreich gestalten. “

„Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару “

„Very good shape of hotel, despite it is not new any more. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, even if you have loud neighbours. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, the view is gorgeous.“
