„Super Hotel in Zentrum von Almaty. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Liegt im schönen und grünen Viertel. Allerdings muss ich hier sagen, dass die ganze Stadt grün ist. Man kann am Abend schön spazieren gehen. Die Menschen auf der Strasse sind sehr höflich, friedlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal im Hotel ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker.Mir persöhnlich hat der Kaffee leider nicht geschmäckt. ...

„We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. “

Im Restaurant werden sowohl europäische als auch kasachische Köstlichkeiten serviert, zwar teuer, aber richtig gut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr grosszügig, der Pool ist 25 meter lang(!), die Spa-Anwendungen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist kompetent und stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. „It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.“
