The only downside is that you cannot park at any of the cottages, so you have to park at main lobby and get a cart to tow all your stuff to your place. for anyone with a disability or walking issues, that could be problematic unless they will provide assistance, and I think that might be possible. Beautiful views of the water and assateague lighthouse right from the property, especially at sunset. We paid for the water taxi to take us to a secluded beach for a few hours.
