„Everyone you want and more “

„Eigentlich haben wir mehr erwartet für ein Hilton Hotel. Der Zimmerservice (Reinigung) war sehr fehlerhaft. Badetücher nur 1 Tuch, Tee nicht nachgefüllt. Das Restaurant war am ersten Abend enttäuschend. Das Haus bräuchte erteas mehr Herz. Das Personal sah vieles nicht, wir haben 2 motivierte Angestellte in den 3 Übernachtungen getroffen, die haben den Aufenthalt dann etwas besser gemacht. Das possitive war die Lage und der Roomservice (Essen) der war sehr gut und schnell. “

„Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmergösse und Badgrösse waren tip top. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Der Zimmerboden hätte in der Zwischenzeit auch gerne nochmals grob gesaugt werden können. Das Restaurant war lecker. Wir waren zufrieden. Für Ausflüge ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert.“

„What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.“

„We had a great welcome and were shown to our fabulous room. Spacious and well decorated, it had a great spread of tea and coffee with real milk in the fridge! Comfortable bed and new, good quality bedding. Plenty of drawers and hanging space. Sofa and desk for daily activities. Tha bathroom had the best walk in shower setting we have seen so far! Great pub with excellent food and drinks selection. But what it made it really special was the staff, customer service was really excellent, and ...

„Easy to find and had plenty of parking when I arrived. Communication for check in and check out was very good. The ensuite room was great - very clean, nice temperature, and very well-appointed. The lodge does not offer breakfast or dining but is just a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Overall it was great value - can highly recommend and would return. “
