If I could give it 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying that the pool was closed and that was the reason for booking the hotel was the pool. Second thing was the room was disgusting and smelt horrible. Third is that the water smelt horrible and was also brown. Fourth was that the air didnt work and the vents are filled with mold. Dead bugs in the corner. The hotel smelt like something died in it and they tried to cover it with bleach. We ended up leaving early because we all were sick and my daughter was the worst. The mini frige was broke, microwave kept locking when it was finished cooking and you had to unplug it to get it unlocked to get your food out. When I tried to go to the desk at night to ask about any of it, nobody was there. The breakfast I'm sure was left overs because I was sick to my stomach all day throwing up, had the sweats and chills, or they are not keeping it at the correct temperature while sitting. We had to leave so we didnt get sicker than we were. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE. I am demanding a refund, the hotel will not respond. Its either a refund or hospital bills ( which my insurance is not in network with the hospital I went to) because of breathing issues from my daughters asthma flaring up over mold. This was a disgrace, expedia should be ashamed of listing it on their site.
