These homes are nestled in the Chickamauga area, just across the state line from Chattanooga, for your convenience. Between the TWO separate homes you are renting, they boast eight bedrooms (six of which are master suites with en suite full bathrooms) and four additional half bathrooms. These entire homes are yours to enjoy!



Each backyard is secluded with a hot tub, providing you with a private oasis. You will also have access to a large front yard, offering plenty of space for yard games or simply relaxing.

Each home features a unique three-floor layout with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms (Each Home Includes):

🛏️ Master Bedroom Suite – King bed, dresser, walk-in closet with toddler bed, large 4K flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom.

🛏️ Second Bedroom Suite – Queen bed, private bathroom with tiled shower, double vanities, and a cozy reading nook with seating area.

🛏️ Third Bedroom Suite – Queen bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

🛌 Theater Room Bedroom – Queen bed, bunk bed with two twin beds, and an 86" 4K movie screen.

🚽 Additional Half Bathrooms – Located on each floor for added convenience.

🛏️ Extra Sleeping Options – Two fold-out twin mattresses (6-inch memory foam) with sheets and comforters for use in the living room or any bedroom.

Additional Details & House Rules:

🏊🏼‍♂️ Hot Tub Maintenance – The technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the spas. He will access the back patios but has no need to enter the homes.



📻 Road Noise – The main county road runs nearby, so you might hear some road noise on the front porch. However, the homes are well insulated, ensuring a peaceful and quiet indoor space.



🚗 Driveway & Road Conditions – The road and driveway can be narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. Guests are responsible for their vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.



🏡 Rural Georgia Charm – These homes are nestled in rural Georgia, offering a peaceful, slower pace of life. You’ll enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, wildflowers, and a mix of restored and newly built homes. However, like many rural areas, you may also encounter less polished aspects, such as cars in yards or trailer homes.



🛏️ Occupancy and Fees – These open-concept, three-level homes accommodate a maximum of 28 guests, only when including smaller children. This amount ONLY works when utilizing the toddler bed and/or pack-n-play for the last few guests. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 12.



🚗🔑 Garage Access – Not typically available for guests, but may be available upon request.



🅿️ Parking Limit – Up to 8 regular-sized cars or 4 cars and 2 oversized vehicles. Parking is only allowed on the pavement. Those who drive off the black pavement will incur a fee for lawn repair.



👶 Infants – We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.



❄️ A/C & Heat – The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily for energy efficiency. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
