Sehr angenehmes Hotel,mit Indoor-Swimmingpool und kleinem Fitnessraum. Wir hatten eine Suite mit separaten Schlafzimmer und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Hotel liegt etwa 40-60 min mit Auto von Chicago Downtown entfernt, je nach Verkehrslage. Wir sind immer mit dem Mietwagen bis zur Bahnstation Forrest Park gefahren und dort in die CTA-Bahn(blaue Linie) umgestiegen. Parken kostet in Forrest Park 6 Dollar für 12 Stunden. CTA Card gibt es als 1 Day,3 Day oder 7 Day-Ticket( 3 Day kostet 20 Dollar und 7 Day 28 Dollar, dazu kommt 5 Dollar für die Ventra Card die man vorab kaufen muss)

Good Hotel in the Vicinity of Chicago
We were looking for a hotel in the vicinity of Chicago that offers a separate sleeping room since we were travelling with small children. With the "Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Warrenville" we found a hotel in a reasonable distance to Chicago at a fair price. Connection to Chicago was good since the Interstate is close. We had a studio suite with queen bed, full size sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchen. This studio offered the space and comfort we needed. Since he crawls, he is the ultimate test to cleanliness. His unstained pants proved that the floors were cleaned well - an experience we did not have very often in hotels!

I was impressed with the very friendly accommodating staff. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with queen bed. Next time I would pick the basic king room. The layout of the suite felt small and there is no oven. The cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes were very impressive. The shower head was crazy high up for a 8ft tall person! The shower was not enjoyable. The bed was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels as needed on request. The pool table is great! The swimming pool seems basic I didn’t go in but it’s perfect for kids. The breakfast is okay, limited dairy free or vegan options. Parking is convenient and you can access the building with a keycard by the side doors easily. I stayed in a room that had a view of a brick wall which made it seem dark in the room. The overall vibe of the hotel is quiet and laid back. I would stay again.

Beautiful all suite hotel!
I was pleasantly surprised by the updates to this clean and modern all suite Hotel. Everything was spotless from the outdoor areas, common areas and the guest suite. The only issues I had were the fact that there was no information provided on ours, accessibility, location of things, etc. I had to look them up online instead of just having them in room, or provided to me upon check-in.

The staff was super pleasant & always helpful. The rooms were amazing! They were doing some renovations so that was inconvenient but I’m sure it will be great when it’s done. I would definitely stay here again.

Lobby smells fresh and relaxing. Atmosphere is nice and calm and quiet. Pool room is very clean. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided in shower for convenience. Full kitchen with utensils for long stays. Very clean and nothing is outdated.

Dear Clark, We really appreciate your review. Breakfast is coming back! New Residence Inn breakfast starts in January. We will have a lot more healthy items :) I apologize for some of our guests not wearing masks. We truly encourage it but knowing that many of our guests stays with us for complicated medical treatments, we try to not make them feel uncomfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here! In times of Covid it is hard for overworked staff to remain positive and upbeat. But the staff at this hotel were incredible! So accommodating and pleasant! We will stay here again when we return primarily because of the staff.
