Location is great. Hotel is very updated. Doors are terrible and walls are thin, tough to get sleep, when you go to bed early. Had specifically looked for a room with kitchen, but had no utensils. After asking for it, I got plastic forks and knives. Would not stay here again, bad value for the money paid.

Die Lage ist zentral.
Ein zentralgelegenes Hotel. Sehr sauber! Beim Einchecken muss man als Gast und dem Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption zusammen am PC einchecken. Allerdings liegt dann die Aufgabe beim Gast, seine Daten einzugeben. Der Mitarbeiter des Hotels unterstützt dabei. Finde ich etwas komisch. Aber vielleicht ist das die moderne Zeit. Denn beim Auschecken wird auch das am PC erledigt ohne Kommunikation mit der Rezeption. Mir fehlt da das persönliche Wort durch die Mitarbeiter. Außerdem hätte ich mir eine Mikrowelle auf dem Zimmer gewünscht.

I have no real negatives for my stay at this property. Yes, at times the alley by my window would get loud with the sound of the dumpster being slammed, or how loud these elevators can be when its deathly quiet in our room. There was one instance when we contacted front desk for an iron and got the iron without an ironing board. Alas, the room was clean and free of bugs (except for a small mosquito that weirdly made it to the 5th floor) and the property itself was clean and presentable. It was an overall great stay. Best part of all, was that it was a nice walking distance to Millennium Park, restaurants, and so much more.

Posizione ottima, struttura un po’ datata e poco curata anche se la camera era comunque spaziosa. Le pulizie non vengono effettuate quotidianamente; durante la nostra permanenza di 5 notti le pulizie sono state effettuate una sola volta con cambio asciugamani. IIl personale, eccetto una persona, è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

Staff were in general friendly and courteous. Gym was adequate. Cleaning services only occurred after 3 days, which was frustrating. This is even after I had requested the room be cleaned before that.

This place was perfect for our visit to Chicago for leisure! The location could not be better - so centrally located to every place we wanted to visit. Bus to Lincoln zoo steps away, Orange Line to Midway airport, and eed line to Chinatown - every place else was easily walk-able - we loved it!! Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We will be back!
