„El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar “

„Everything was great initally. When i went to extend my stay gor another nite, they told me they would not accept expedia bookings, only cash. Since i already booked it and after showing my expedia receipt, they accepted that for one more nite. I feel they should not be on expedia site if theyre not accepting expedia payment, only cash on site. I was disappointed.“

Recomiendo que indique que la recepción 'virtual' puede demorar entre 30 a 40 min en qué te atiendan me tocó esperar, pero si pónganse en contacto para avisar. La limpieza tengan mucho cuidado, en las sábanas encontré un arete, y si habían cabellos de mujer en las cobijas, pareciera que solo ...
