really disappointed in the overall quality of service and condition of hotel, an embarrassment for Marriott, and an abomination to pay $300 for this. Crib not available as advertised, broken furniture patched with dangerous screws, no high chair (only a broken one) available in restaurant and not a whiff of chlorine in the pool. Elevator alarms ringing when we loaded a few bags. Also, 'Downtown area' is just a dang lie, this was off in the middle of nowhere.
Being short-staffed is one thing, and there were a few folks there trying to make it work, but charging $300 a night for a broken hotel is just horsesh*t.
