Thank you for letting me know your issue, this seems to be a miscommunication. Expedia should have emailed you a receipt for your stay, because that's who you paid for this reservation. Anytime a guest uses a prepaid reservation option the hotel is never shown what you paid for that room, which also means there's not a receipt we can print off for you or email you. This isn't just our policy; this is how it would be for any hotel regarding a prepaid reservation. If you never received your emailed receipt from Expedia, I would definitely encourage you to reach out to them. The outside locks typically work good in the winter however, as you stated it was 40 below zero and it was below zero continuously for many days in a row which affected our exterior locks but were working to prevent this in the future. In regard to the 200 deposit for Cheyenne residents, we simply go by the information you provide at the time of check in, if the ID says Cheyenne resident and we can't verify your residency elsewhere we must get the deposit.
