Saubere zimmer und gemütliche betten. Sehr ruhige lage (ausser wenn der zug vorbei fährt). Die dame vom check in war zwar nicht wirklich freundlich, aber vor uns kam ein ganzer bus mit senioren an...da war der stress groß. Frühstück ist nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es gab für mich aber kaffe, säfte und toastbrot. Damit kann man schon in den tag starten.

Freundlicher Empfang.
Hier war alles OK, leider musste das Frühstück (weil zu viele Leute da) im Meeting Raum eingenommen werden, das wäre kein Problem gewesen, nur war es hier aufgrund der Klimaanlage eisig kalt.

Horel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer eher klein aber sauber. Wireless und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel waren kostenlos verfügbar.

Wir waren nur sehr kurz in Cheyenne, die Hotelsuche im Vorfeld erwies sich als schwierig, da alle Hotels irgendeinen Nachteil hatten. Unser Zimmer in diesem Hotel war sehr klein und hatte weder Kühlschrank noch Föhn. Es war aber sauber und alles in allem ok.

There were some really poor properties with people that seemed unsafe next door. The renovations needed to be completed. There was no furniture in the lobby and they needed to get that set up before any other renovations!

Thank you for your review. We apologize that there were some room issues. Shower curtain was missed by housekeeping and the ac unit needed to be reset as the thermostat when bad. We fixed these issues as well as the shower curtain should have been addressed once the desk was advised of this issue. We don’t currently have phone charges in any of our guests rooms however with our remodel slated for last fall this will all change. Thank you for the review but rest assured we have corrected these issues.

One night earlier in North Dakota, we also stayed at the Microtel Inn and expected the hotel, and its service to be of the same quality. Unfortunately not. Despite the size of the room, there was no fridge or microwave, but it was clean. However, the person at check out was rude, as if I was bothering him by wanting to return the room card.

Greatly disappointed
I had reqested an accesible room and assumed when my reservation was confirmed that is what I had. One could walk around the bed with not much extra space. The bathroom had a tub with a single bar. The stool was straight from a nursery school. It was low to the floor that any adult would have difficulty getting back up let alone a person with a handicap. My last two Wyndham hotels have been greatly disappointing in what I expected from Wyndham.

The hotel is nice, but it is in an area of blight with a couple of shacks that have been boarded up right near by. A run down trailer park isn’t but a stone’s throw away. The hotel looks like it will improve the area a lot. I wouldn’t want to take a walk after dark, and I am from Detroit.

The carpet in my room was filthy! (I did not realize it until I awoke from a short nap & turned on lights). The phone in the room was nonfunctional & thus safety was a major concern (if my cell phone became nonfunctional & I needed to call for help it was not possible).
I was not offered a room exchange when I complained to the night desk staff member & the next morning the manager refused to give me a room reduction price or credit saying “we are short staffed & going to be renovating & we gave you the dog room”. (I did not have any pets with me). If I new these issues were going on I would not have booked this place!!! I’d like a full refund please!

After further review we the management team did take a look at the carpet on a scale rating of 1-10, 10 being dirty it was concluded that the carpet was roughly a 3-4 and therefore was not dimmable to provide a full refund and was cleaned with mild efforts. We however did not book the designated pet room as this was done with a third party which the guest selected and had no control over it. The phone issue as was reviewed and there was a phone in the room however it was unplugged for some reason. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience however the issues were moderate, and all resolved as according to hotel regular maintenance and cleaning. No refund will be provided at this time.
