Naja, nicht unbedingt wieder...
Wo soll ich beginnen... ich besuchte in den vergangenen Jahren viele BWplus in den USA, wobei dieses mit Abstand das schlechteste davon ist! Wieso: 1. Die Zimmerreinigung findet nur bis 1200 Uhr statt, in anderen BWplus wurde auch immer um 1400 Uhr einen Rundgang gemacht. 2. Das Frühstück ist sehr simpel, ohne die amerikanischen Klassiker wie Speck usw. (Waffeln sind dabei) 3. Der WC-Ring war lose, die Duschwand konnte nicht arretiert werden und der Föhn ist mehr eine leichte Brise. 4. Meines Erachten das schlimmste: An länger schlafen (länger als 0800 Uhr) ist nicht zu denken!!! Die Putzfrauen schieben den Riegel bei der benachbarten Türreinigung und lassen die Türen jedesmal lautstark zufallen. Ausserdem war in den 5 Tagen die wir dort waren, Nachts Gestreite von der oberen Etage zu hören, und morgen früh lautes Gelächter der Putzequippe... Die Türen allgemein fallen ins Schloss, dass jeder mitbekommt, wenn jemand im Hotel geht oder nach Hause kommt. +ein Pluspunkt geht jedoch an die Angestellten an der Reseption! Sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit!! +Parkplatz ist gross und gratis +Wlan ist top! Fazit: Ich bin enttäuscht von Best Western, da dieses Hotel nicht den gewohnten Standart der Hotelkette wiederspiegelt! PS: das sind alles meine persönlichen Meinungen!!

alles in allem ok
nach langem Flug wars ein gutes Hotel an zweckmässigem Ort. Freundlicher Frontdesk. Das gesamte Hotel müsste mal renoviert werden und auch der Fussboden war nicht so gründlich gesaugt. Alles in allem eine angenehme Nacht ohn zuviel erwartet zu haben.

Not as clean as I would like. Had the amenities they published. Wish I knew that they house a significant of homeless. Not a problem as such but to enter the building you have to go through the group of smokers. Since I don't smoke it does smell.

I the staff was great and very helpful. The only problem I had was in my first night we found 2 roaches in the bathroom before bed. There was a sticky substance on the carpet by the bathroom and the beds were hard. The sofa bed was partly damaged so was not every comfortable to sleep on.

Overall experience - Average I had booked a king, but was provided a room with 2 queen beds. Friendly and helpful staff. It is an older building. Too frequent housekeeping visit. Whixh is goodbut i had to put-up do not disturb tag to get some privacy.

The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very creative and pretty good. Staff was great. I have to say the environment was strange. They are running a re-homing step up situation for many people which I applaud but made for an uninviting atmoshere. There is a security guard outside at night with many people hanging around the parking lot and the grounds. I didn't feel as comfortable as I would have liked coming in after dark. I feel like this is something that should be mentioned from the start.

The staff steals while you are away. First night I put food in the fridge went to work came back my food was gone and my drink was half drank and put back in the fridge. Second night put only drinks I the fudge and a KitKat and it happened again. Obviously I’m glad I didn’t leave anything valuable in the room. Worker at desk said he would ask the cleaners, what is that going to accomplish. Would never recommend this hotel.

My check in process was terrible. The staff was giving me a hard time about changing my stay dates and didn't want to do her job. The same even I went back and spoke to another staff memeber and she changed my reservations with no problem.

I've stayed here many times. Convenient to interstate. Room is very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great.

Overall the decor needs to be updated. And the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The hallways were full of smoke. Everyone was fine and it didn’t take very long. I am guessing it was an electrical fire or something like that. The staff didn’t even mention it when I checked out the next day. Definitely the worst place I stayed in.

Place was a little run down, pool was "being refurbished" and breakfast was really terrible. However it was clean, comfortable and staff were really lovely.
