Things to Note:
Stairs: The townhouse is three levels, with about 10-15 stairs between each floor. Be prepared for some climbing!
Train Sounds: As mentioned, you’ll be close to the train tracks, so train sounds may be heard at various times of day.

For good measure in case you missed it- you must climb stairs within the townhome. And we are right next to the train tracks - you will see and hear the trains. We provide white noise machines to help mitigate the sound at night.

Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect as you would your own.

-Well behaved pets are welcome with a max of 2 and a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please do not let your pets on the beds/furniture. You will find a key to the dog park located to the left when you walk out the front door of the condo in the bowl on the kitchen counter. Please return this key to the bowl upon checkout. There is a $50 fee if we have to replace it.

-There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed anywhere inside the home or on the balcony per building policy. If you smoke, please do so outside on the bottom floor and away from the door. Please pick up your butts. Any smoke smell or evidence of smoke inside the unit will result in an immediate $500 fine.

-There is a $100 charge for lost garage door opener. Please leave it on the kitchen counter upon checkout.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

Excessive Pet Hair Fee:
While we love hosting furry guests, excessive pet hair that requires additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover will result in a $60 additional cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone! 🐾

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
