We love our city and know that you will too! Our goal is that you feel at home and cared for, while staying in a prime location to explore all that Chattanooga has to offer.

Located <0.2 miles away from Coolidge Park, this is perfect launching point for all your Chattanooga adventures! Within an easy 5 minute walk, you will discover many downtown and Northshore restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, local artisan retail, salons, day spas, galleries, grocery stores, boutiques, museums, recreational activities, and entertainment attractions. The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first!

Want to explore a little farther? You can rent bikes from Bike Chattanooga and have immediate access to miles of downtown Chattanooga or the TN Riverwalk.

With two separate living room areas and five bedrooms, there is space for everyone to be comfortable. Take in the Chattanooga sunset on the front porch, or enjoy the covered back patio and gas grill. Just want to relax? Our master bath offers a luxurious free-standing soaking tub and separate shower.

The master bedroom with attached covered patio, master bathroom, and large walk-in closet are located on the main (2nd) level with the living room, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, and laundry room. The ground level has a two car garage and a media room, which can also be another space for guests to sleep on our queen air mattress if needed. The third floor has four bedrooms, and two full baths.

There are 55” Roku TVs in every bedroom and two common sitting areas with endless entertainment options through Netflix, Hulu Live, & Disney +. We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

In addition to large TVs, all bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and duvet cover bedding to ensure cleanliness for every guest. We believe your sleep is important and chose high-end mattresses and luxurious sheets to provide maximum comfort. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. We have a beverage station with a Keurig-Duo coffee maker stocked with k-cups, sugar, cream, and various teas with honey. We provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and various spices. A complimentary snack basket and a treat from our favorite local bakery is waiting for you to enjoy!

We love hosting families with kids! There are games, puzzles, and toys to enjoy. We also provide a pack ’n play with sheets, a high chair seat, and kids plates, bowls, cups, etc.

The two-car garage is accessible for guests and includes two 220V outlets for charging electric cars. Guests provide their own cables since different vehicles are unique. The driveway provides 4 additional parking spaces.

The front exterior of the property is monitored by an Arlo security camera and doorbell. Both doors on the front of the house are accessible with a keypad for self check-in.
