Great Hotel, ideally suited for my needs, travelled for work / business. Nice room, easy to park at Hotel. Food lovely and friendly staff. Very happy to stay here again.

Not a 4 star hotel. Weddings filling the bar all evening. Spar access very restricted. Everything is extra. Never seen such a small breakfast buffet. Ashtray size bowls full of yogurt and fruit. People eating breakfast on low tables in the bar as restaurant is too small. Reception is one person at a small desk so can wait ages to speak to anyone. No heat working in room. Took three changes of room to find a television that worked properly. Bath is very slippery and downright dangerous. Shower temperature nob seized on too hot for me to turn. Paintwork shabby in bathroom. First basic room looked out over black expanse of roof, and through shabby doors so felt like a staff room. Nearly stuck on gravel carpark even in 4 x 4 car. Clean and staff very helpful is best I can say for it.

We had an excellent stay at the Lamb Inn! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive, the room was impeccably clean and cozy, and the food was delicious. Best vegetarian Sunday roast I’ve had! The breakfast buffet had many vegetarian options too. We’ll happily return whenever we’re in the area next. Highly recommend!
