Dies ist eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Ballantyne mit Pool. Gehen Sie zu Filmen, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Direkt gegenüber vom Ballantyne Resort and Spa, das über einen wunderschönen Golfplatz, Restaurants, Spa und in Door / Outdoor Pool verfügt. Die Wohnung ist gated, und hat Key-Pad Eintritt in das Gebäude. Aufzugszugang.
Alle Laubhölzer, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Deck ist über Blick Teich mit Brunnen und Naturgebiet. Sehr privat und entspannend. Master-Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Bett und doppelte Eitelkeit Badezimmer. Kabel und Internet zur Verfügung gestellt. Waschmaschine / Trockner im Gerät. Derzeit mit 1 Kinderzimmer mit Full-Loft-Bett und optionaler Queensize-Matratze ausgestattet. 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Schöne Gegend in der Nähe von South Park, Quail Hollow, Carmel und Piper Glen Country Clubs. Sara YMCA ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. Große Gemeinde mit Gehwegen für Reiträder oder Spaziergang. Einfacher Zugang zur Autobahn. Ich bin eine gebürtige Charlotte aus dieser Gegend und helfe Ihnen gerne, Ihre Fragen zu beantworten.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

This was a great location for us. It was near family as well as grocery stores and restaurants and not far from a strawberry farm with a playground. There was always plenty of convenient parking as well. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and woods.

Great Location, Comfortable and Clean

If you’re coming to play golf at Ballantyne, this is the perfect spot. 3 minutes from the golf club, lots of dining choices, and an easy shot from the airport. Very comfortable, good beds and all the needed conveniences.

Convenient location for Ballantyne golf school

We were attending a golf school at the Ballantyne resort and wanted to stay together. The property was easy to find and well maintained. The third bedroom is a loft bed more suitable for a child rather than an adult. The owner was easily contacted if there was an issue. The damage deposit was high for a short stay but is okay if refunded as it should.

Great Location

This property is conveniently located to shops, entertainment, restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of easy parking too. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the back deck overlooking the pond and water feature gave me a view of nature while working from “home”. Nicely stocked kitchen for meal prep, a very comfortable bed, lovely living room and spacious bathrooms all made for a pleasant stay. The hostess was very generous about check in and check out procedures too!

Perfect place for Mommy and Daddy and 2 small children to visit family in Charlotte for Thanksgivin!

Very clean and quiet place. Perfect location for enjoying Ballantyne and South Charlotte area. Close to a lot of shopping and nice restaurants. Close to Charlotte public train to go downtown. Very fair price and owner was very responsive to any questions/requests. There is a nice scenic few of lake and fountain from back deck too

Only issue--not really an issue, but in 1 bedroom, the bed is against the wall so if you are sharing bed, you have to climb over. The beds were comfortable.

Great stay! Perfect for our family, had everything we needed!

Very cozy and perfect for our family. Had everything we needed, including toys for our toddler! We were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Although we didn't have time, there was also a movie theatre within walking distance and Harris Teeter just across the street. There was also access to a pool, but we also didn't have time for that either.... Had we stayed longer, we would have definitely used the pool! Would def recommend to others.

Comforts of home

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable and a great location in Charlotte. It was convenient having the grocery store and other neat shops nearby. There is also no shortage of good restaurants within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable as well. Tina was also very helpful and easy to reach for any questions. If I had to give any feedback it would be that there was no frying pan and the lack of a toaster. Not too big a deal we were able to make hard boiled eggs instead of fried ones which is much healthier anyway. :) Thank you kindly for the hospitality.

Beautiful condo in fantastic location

We celebrated the New Year with our daughter and her family in this lovely condo. It was beautifully decorated, had very comfortable beds and was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
