Location is good. Everything else is very below average. Our room was on 10th floor but still could hear traffic, smoke detector was right above the bed and kept blinking at night. Cleanliness was pretty below average. And price was outrageous for the quality offered. With parking we payed 400 dollars a night to stay in a room that felt like a 80 dollars room.

The staff was exceptionally patient and helpful with checking in and adjusting minor needs for my young family! Great restaurant recommendations and tips, the space is what I expected (which is great) but the people made the difference for us!

The Embassy Suites never disappoints. It’s clean, spacious, has a happy hour and a plentiful breakfast. The kids are joy the heated pool! The location is great.

Wanda is the Entremetier (egg chef) at the morning breakfast and she is amazing! She is warm and friendly, and even sings you into a good morning and good mood. She is worth the stay alone.

#1 there was a hold on my card I wasn't notified about, I feel like that should be mentioned. # 2 The parking is a nightmare and wouldn't recommend unless you valet or good walking shoes. The morning kitchen staff was amazing and so sweet.

I was attending our annual Wine & Design franchisee conference and had an amazing experience! Every member of the staff I interacted with was phenomenal! The facility is lovely and appropriately priced for the amenities they provide. The food was wonderful! Knowing we had banquet style meals, my expectations were pretty low. I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything was prepared and tasted. The only downsides I experienced were the temperature of my room. It was extra toasty and didn’t change despite my attempts on the thermostat. I didn’t care for the scent of the provided toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner). But that’s a matter of personal preference. Also, my shampoo was completely empty. The Valet parking is a little pricey. But, the convenience of the app to retrieve my vehicle at anytime, and knowing my car is secure, made the price easy to overlook. Other than those small things, it was a great stay!

I was especially pleased with all the services. The valet/parking attendants (Eli and Darien) were especially attentive and efficient. When busy they were able to quickly and effectively move cars in and out. The restaurant and food service staff was EXCELLENT! Ms. Wanda, Ms. Anne and Mr. Berhane were very pleasant. They were attentive, checking to make sure if anyone needed anything. It was very appreciated and noticed. Thank you for hiring caring staff.

We had a great stay perfect suite with 4 Kids. Breakfast was amazing. The only thing I would say is that breakfast ends too early I’ve never stayed at a place for breakfast ends at 9:30 so that was a bit early for us.

The staff was fantastic, but I would not visit this location again. Upon entering the room, we had a tripped outlet (microwave and fridge) and the outlet in the bathroom was melted (yikes!). There was also a dirty tissue under the pull out sofa. There was a loud rattling noise that happened, I kid you not, every 10 minutes - lasted a few seconds and went off for the duration of our stay. We were on the second floor and had to walk through a formal events cocktail hour to get to our room (super awkward - it was in an open area in the middle of the hallway). The pools tile was all chipped and absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend and will def never stay at this hotel again.
