„Ein super großes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, sauber und ruhig direkt am Wasser. Sehr gute, moderne, nicht abgewohnte Einrichtung. Der Pool hat hinsichtlich Größe und Tiefe deutlich teurere Hotels in Florida übertroffen. Dass es kein Frühstück gibt war für uns ebenso wenig relevant wie die vorhandenen Shopping Möglichkeiten. Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Unterkunft ein absolutes Highlight. “

„The property was great and as advertised. There were plenty of essentials and a great outdoor entertaining area. The canal made for a short boat ride into Charlotte Harbor and room for my 19’ bay boat. The owner was very kind and responsive with any questions or concerns. “

„We rented this property for 5 nights while visiting friends in the area. The house was beautiful and located a very short walk to the private neighborhood beach. We also enjoyed the heated pool and utilized the gas grill provided. The owner was good about responding to inquiries. This included graciously allowing us to have our 2 small dogs stay with us (we requested in advance). Englewood wasn't busy when we visited, so our stay was truly relaxing and low key...Just perfect!“

„The house is equipped with everything and more. The kitchen probably has bigger domestic appliance than I have at home. The exit trough the bathroom to the garden and beach ist perfekt. Spent Father’s Day weekend with family and there was 12 of us and there was plenty of room. „We have been coming to Manasota Key for years and wasn’t sure what to expect after the hurricane. However, Island Breeze was perfect. Great location on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Gulf. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There are sadly still a lot of damaged properties along the beach but the progress has been amazing. I would definitely rebook with Island Breeze if available. “

„The host, Christian, were very accommodating; they even had complimentary refreshments waiting for us in the fridge! The property met our special need and the location is great.
