The outdoor areas are designed for group relaxation and fun. The inviting front porch is ideal for morning coffee or evening toasts, while the professionally turfed courtyard features a grill, pergola, dining table, and seating, creating a perfect backdrop for group barbecues or late-night chats.

Step inside to a tropical, modern interior tailored for group enjoyment. The kitchen, painted a soothing muted green, is fully equipped with sleek appliances and ample counter space, great for preparing shared meals or mixing cocktails. Off the kitchen, the living room features a table that seats four, ideal for intimate breakfasts or small group game nights. While you’ll likely be out exploring all Charleston has to offer, the spacious living room, with its luxurious leather sofa, is a great place to relax in the morning or unwind with group conversations in the evening.

The suite comfortably hosts up to eight friends across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a cozy reading nook. The second king bedroom includes a desk for planning group adventures. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and additional workspace, while the fourth is a versatile bunk room. Each bedroom includes blackout curtains, small fans, and sound machines to ensure everyone wakes refreshed.

Two well-appointed bathrooms streamline group routines. One features a separate vanity and shower, ideal for shared prep time. The other includes a dual vanity, shower-tub combination, and a premium bidet-equipped toilet for added luxury. An in-unit washer and dryer allow your group to pack light and stay fresh.

We currently have 5 other units available. The upstairs of this building is The Poppy Suite (3BD/1BA). And half block away, there are 2 duplexes that are side-by-side. The green duplex has The Emerson Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor-2bd/1ba) and next door, the white duplex has The Harper Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor-3bd/2ba w/large porch). These two properties share a large professionally turfed backyard.

QUIET HOURS
Please note that this listing is situated on the first floor of a beautifully restored historic duplex. Although extensive renovations have been carried out, it is possible to hear occasional noise from the unit above. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment, sound machines have been thoughtfully provided in each bedroom. We kindly request that all guests show consideration towards one another by honoring our community's designated "quiet hours" between 10pm and 7am. By being mindful of noise levels during these times, we can maintain a harmonious atmosphere and ensure a restful stay for everyone.

EVENTS
Access to the property is restricted to only those individuals included in the reservation, unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.

NON SMOKING
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, our property maintains a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited on-site, and any violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

PRE-APPROVED DOGS WELCOME
We wholeheartedly embrace our furry friends! We gladly welcome pups to join you during your stay, with an additional fee of $80 per dog, and a maximum of two dogs per reservation. Because you will be staying in a recently renovated unit within a property that may have other guests, we kindly request that all dogs are well-behaved, trained, and considerate towards fellow humans. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly ask that pets refrain from accessing the bed, uncovered furniture, and encourage the use of a crate when you are not present, if you believe it is necessary. By bringing your pet, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for their actions and any potential damages.

CAMERA SECURITY
To ensure the safety and security of our property, we have installed exterior cameras. We want to reassure our guests that the footage captured by Ring cameras is strictly confidential and does not violate their privacy expectations. It is important to note that tampering with or obstructing the cameras is strictly prohibited. Any guest found attempting to disable or obscure the cameras may face immediate eviction without a refund. Our intention is solely to maintain a secure environment for everyone's peace of mind.
PARKING: Paid parking is available. Please reach out for details. This includes an EV charger.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
We have a strict cancellation policy in place. Refunds will only be issued if mandatory evacuations are ordered by The National Weather Service or local government authorities. Please keep in mind that refunds will not be provided if inclement weather in other states prevents guests from reaching Charleston. We highly recommend travelers to consider obtaining travel insurance, especially during months when weather conditions may impact their stay. Furthermore, in the unlikely event of power outages, internet disruptions, or any other situations beyond our control caused by local storms, we will make every effort to resolve the issues promptly. However, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for any inconveniences caused by such circumstances.

Wonderful house with great amentiies

Absolutely loved this place. So well decorated and outfitted with wonderful amenities. Beds were VERY comfortable (so key when you're traveling) and the bathrooms were both newly decorated. Great supplies in the kitchen, which we didn't use, but much nicer than many vacation rentals. So nice to have a washer and dryer, too. Parking can be a little challenging, but we worked it out. Would definitely recommend.

Great property, great location!

The property was as described, very nice and extremely spacious. The unit was well maintained, decorated awesome and stocked with everything you could need. The property was within walking distance of the main shopping and dinning area. This was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to all the action. Brandy was very helpful and provided a wealth of information for our stay. The property is also in a good location for a quick drive to any of the surrounding beaches.

Good location

Although just off an occasionally busy road the location was ok, with a choice of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Our group of 4 found the kitchen and dining area a bit small but two of the bedrooms were a good size. A third bedroom was a bit noisy with large aircon unit right outside window. Bathrooms were also on the small side but very clean and functional. Decent place for a short stay.

Great house for two couples and three teens!

We loved our stay here with friends - four adults and three teens. It was a perfect size for us and the property is very cute. We were able to walk to several fun restaurants and had no trouble parking on the street in front of the house. (We're not 100% sure if we were legally parked there, but it seemed to work. We didn't get towed or booted ; ) The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with - we would stay here again. Love Charleston!...

Beautiful Charleston home (1st floor of 2-story home)

Very beautiful property. All the supplied were there, particularly for kids. Pack'n'play and high chair notably. Pets permitted (owners provided a sofa cover blanket to put over the sofa for our dog). Washer/dryer nice to have. The guide book and information on local restaurants, bars, museums, and activities was very helpful. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking with everything you'll need. Fridge/freezer was one of these modern small ones, but enough space for a week's worth of food prep and storage. In terms of upstairs guests and potential noise, the only issue is whether dogs left at home when owners are away should be crated or not. The rental did not specify rules on this. The dog upstairs would be very loud when its owners were out of the unit. Not just barking but walking/running back and forth on the wood floors. Our dog was crated at the back of the house (no noise) when we were out of the unit. Lovely location in a cute neighborhood with many dining options, including great variety and high quality. Roughly 30-minute walk to main historical district. Pedi-cabs, rideshares, and bikeshares were used by many in the neighborhood to get back and forth to the historical district. Though the walk is very lovely. Very safe and easy to get around.

Charming unit in a great location!

We loved our stay at this great property! The decor is charming and the beds are super comfortable plus the kitchen had what we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. We were able to step out and either walk everywhere or hop on a Lime bike from the rack just down the street. We would definitely stay here again!
