Just spend a little more on someplace different.
What a dump. Bed was broken. TV-all channels looked scrambled. Ceiling tile off kilter and could see into the attic. floor creaky. Everything just looked old dated and worn out.

Although the staff was overwhelmed and under staffed, they were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We had just rode 200 miles to get here and we were really disappointed that the pool was not open due to repairs that had not been done.

The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We had a door for the adjoining rooms, which helped keep the kids within sight. I found the staff to be very friendly especially when we didn’t show up until 1:30 in the morning. They answered all my questions and gave really good directions since I was tired. Check out went smoothly and the staff smiled and greeted me.

The place was infested with bed bugs. When we brought this to the hotels attention he said we needed to call expedia and we could either go ahead and check out then or at 11, but there was nothing he could do.

Pay extra and go anywhere else.
This room had a very nice bathroom and TV, but that's it. I couldn't use the AC/fan because of the odor it put out, which made me leary of what it was putting into the air. The pillows were old, the sheets didn't match, and the bedspread had cigarette burns everywhere. Won't stay here again.

The room was adequate for sleep after a day of travel. But the office chair was not suitable for comfortable viewing of the TV. And I hate using the bed as a lounge chair to watch TV. The room needed a living room style chair to comfortably watch TV, or for that matter, just to sit. Two would be even better in a room for two people.

The facilities seemed a bit run down but there were recent updates such as the bathroom fixtures and sink. Just the essentials no frills. The best part was the room was very clean. Close to the road so did have to deal with road noise during the night.

This was the only room left in the area the night we stayed. It smelled horrible, it was very run down and overall disgusting. Our license plate was stolen off our car in their parking lot overnight. The only positive was the guy at the check in guest was very nice. Do not stay there.

Found out when we arrived that the pool would be closed. There was construction in majority of the property with loud machines. The room we reserved did not match the description on Expedia. The floors were bouncy and not secure inside the rooms and the doors were uneven and it was open at the bottom. Will definitely be looking elsewhere next time we’re in the area. Used to be a family favorite location.

Terrible.
We had blood stains on our mattress, holes in the bathroom door, the shower curtain was stained. We also got there and as soon as we pulled in my little sister gets out because someone in another room had music playing and when she started dancing silly they started whistling and hollering at her. After I told the man who was at the front desk that I wasn’t comfortable staying here he gave me attitude.

It's a very old property. The new non American owners did a poor job at making it look some what presentable. The typical minimum effort for maximum profit. Mold in the bathroom, the vacuum is only used in the traffic area of the room. The website pics are misleading as usual.
