„We enjoyed our stay last summer at the Cottage and decided to stay here again this year. It was very clean upon arrival and had a wonderful scent in the air that lasted all week. Comfortable bed, clean and good quality bed linens. Lots of pillow options depending on your comfort level. Couch is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. It is the perfect size for what we need and a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. We plan to return again next year! “

„In a quite neighborhood 10 minutes to Folly Beach and 20 minutes to Charleston at reasonable price. Clean, two bedrooms, 3beds, great air-conditioning, grill area and screened in patio. I would stay again. Nate took good care of me“

„The location of this property was key because of its proximity to the beach! Within steps to the beach. Great manicured yard with outside shower. The inside of the cozy costal home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again! “

„Wir haben die zentrale Lage sehr genossen, der Parkplatz ist gleich nebenan. Der kleine Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit ist nett. In einem Schlafzimmer hört man rund um die Uhr sehr laut die Klimaanlage, die direkt unter dem Fenster ist. In dem Zimmer ist quasi auch keine Verdunkelung. Küche und Ausstattung sind gut, interessante Bücher im Wohnzimmer zum Stöbern!“

A few minor suggestions could make the stay more enjoyable - possibly an additional shelf or storage option in the bathroom and a full length mirror would be great! The humidifier needs constant dumping but we didn't mind at all. The overhead light was not working during our stay and was reported but was not a major issue.“
