Dieses individuell renovierte, moderne Haus am See ist in dieser Saison neu auf dem Markt. Kurz nachdem Sie die I-26 verlassen haben und in die malerische, ruhige Gegend gezogen sind und sich dann zu der unauffälligen Frontscheibe aufrollen, betreten Sie die Eingangstür mit direktem Blick auf das Wasser über eine Glasschiebetür.

Dieses See-Paradies befindet sich in Dutchman Shores und ist perfekt für eine Woche voller Entspannung und Spaß. Besitzer haben liebevoll an jedes Detail gedacht, um Ihren Aufenthalt entspannend und unvergesslich zu machen. Im Inneren finden Sie ein Seeufer, offenen Wohn- / Küchenbereich mit großer Insel zum Sammeln und und ein OLED 65 "TV.

Gut ausgestattete Küche mit brandneuen Geräten, drei Schlafzimmer mit neuen Queen-Matratzen, sowie zwei neue Long-Twin-Betten im unteren offenen Wohnbereich (mit einem weiteren 60 "TV) - für 8 Personen bequem. Zwei Badezimmer mit Regenduschen und Fußbodenheizung. Große Kapazität Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche, Bad, Strandtücher, Fön und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sind vorhanden.

Dieses Haus befindet sich innerhalb von zwei Meilen von lokalen Restaurants, inkl. brandneue Publix Lebensmittelgeschäft und das Zentrum von Chapin. Es ist nur fünf Meilen von der I-26, so dass es leicht zu erreichen Harbison (15 Minuten) und Downtown / USC (30 Minuten). Eine Handvoll Marinas und Restaurants mit Zugang zum See sind vom Wasser aus von diesem zentral gelegenen Haus direkt am Big Bear Creek leicht erreichbar.

Seien wir ehrlich - Sie sind hier für den See und den Genuss, wo der umzäunte Hof (gut erzogene kleine Hunde erlaubt - gegen Gebühr) von den zwei oben und unten überdachten Verandas ausgeht, komfortabel ausgestattet mit Sitz- und Essecken. Der große Hinterhof bietet sowohl schattige als auch sonnige Plätze, so dass mehrere Plätze am See für Familien zusammen genutzt werden können oder Platz finden, um sich auszubreiten. Picknicktisch, großer Garten zum Spielen, Feuerstelle am See, See-Spielzeug inkl. Schwimmwesten für Erwachsene und Kinder, sowie Propangasgrill mit Druckstart sind alles inklusive. Die gepflegte Küstenlinie, ein Dock mit Badeleiter, bietet eine Resort-ähnliche Umgebung für vollen Genuss des Wassers. Marine Treibstoff und kommerzielle Bootsrampe mit Konzessionen in der Nähe zur Verfügung.

Fantastic Lake Getaway!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Boujee Shack very much! It feels much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside! The owners have done a perfect job of furnishing the house! It is very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean! Wonderful outdoor areas for the family to enjoy every minute ate the lake. We parked our boat at the dock and spent a lot of time fishing, skiing, and swimming off the dock. We had a fire in the Firepit next to the lake, it was like a fairytale. I hope we can come back again next summer!

Lake Life Gem

The Boujee Shack has it all! Our family stayed over Easter weekend and it was the perfect accomodation. Beautiful lake views, fire pit, grills, spacious yard, and stunning sunrises and sunsets from the backyard and dock. We had fun fishing, playing in the yard, grilling out, and relaxing in this beautifully decorated home. Our kids loved relaxing in the hammocks and fun sleep space downstairs. The mattresses were very comfortable and everything was very well organized and clean. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for helping us make lasting family memories in an amazing space.

Fantastic weekend in a wonderful place

This place did not disappoint. The view was gorgeous and beautiful on the inside. Quiet cove and easy access to big water. The house was stocked with all we needed and very clean. This was the perfect place for a very relaxing weekend. The host was always available and answered all our questions. Looking forward to staying again soon. Beautiful home on a beautiful lake

We stayed here for thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for kids to run and play in the yard, board games to entertain them inside. Beds were comfortable. View of the lake was beautiful. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors were also very friendly when we went for a walk. Not too far from downtown Columbia, about 30 mins away. There’s also a Publix about 5 mins away.

Great stay on Lake Murray

The property was a lovely retreat while visiting for USC parent weekend. (It’s about a 35 minute ride from campus especially with all the highway construction.). Property has beautifully renovated and offered lots of comfy space in between events in Columbia. My only wish would be to have the entire yard fenced. All around great stay!

Family Lakeside Reconnect Boujee Style

To say our weeks was AWESOME would be an understatement. Based in Massachusetts we made the trip to Murray Lake to spend long overdue time with family who live in Columbia. The #1 focus was to spend time together and enjoy the lake. The Boujee Shack was the PERFECT place for this. The "Shack" was everything Eric and Michelle said it would be and then some. The location was really cool as we were just into the cove to give you quiet and less traffic while only 2 minutes in the boat where you were pushing to full throttle and enjoying the lake. Michelle and Eric were awesome house and for the few questions we had their responses were immediate and then right back to enjoying lake life. I will also say that the upgrade work they have done MADE you want to treat the home just as you would your own. Thanks to Michelle and Eric for sharing your home with us. We WILL be back!! Excellent choice on the lake!

The Boujee Shack was just as adorable as pictured in the photos. We also booked the tavern for extra family guests. having the extra sleeping space and bathroom as well as the “party place” was perfect. We enjoyed much time fishing off the dock and using the kayaks and SUPs. It was a beautiful setting. The house had everything we needed for a perfect week!

We spent a wonderful week on the lake for Thanksgiving and the SC vs Clemson game. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The views are so beautiful to wake up to and the house is decorated with high end touches. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Family Getaway !

The Boujee Shack was the perfect place to relax with our grown children and littles. What an adorable lake house! Relaxing Lake Murray vacation

This house was amazing! So many nice features. Had everything we needed for an awesome vacation on the lake. We swam, kayaked (brought our own, though they have an inflatable and 2 kids kayaks), rented a boat one day, Loved sitting on the back deck any time of the day. The dock was really nice.too. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well.stocked, there are beach towels, lawn chairs. The owners have thought of everything and we're very responsive. They texted to make sure we got in the first night and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again someday. One of the best VRBO houses we have stayed in.

Great House, Great Neighborhood

Do yourself a favor and just book this place! It was very clean, the beds were comfy, communication with the owners was great. The neighborhood was very quiet (both on the lake and off) and we walked the 1.5 mile loop multiple times a day. Boating right in the cove was great - calm enough to water ski and kneeboard right from the dock. Boat ramp was a 2 minute drive across the cove. Very convenient to grocery stores. The house itself is well appointed - I mean even the light switches were labeled - genius! The bath towels and beach towels were luxurious. The heated floors in the bathrooms and the dual shower heads were the icing on the cake. We felt like we were staying in a hotel. We hope to be back again some day!

Great vacation home

Our family of four (including our two teen sons), plus our dog, had a wonderful week at the Boujee Shack. The house was the perfect size for us, three queen bedrooms, with two additional twin beds, which we did not use. The house has been beautifully renovated and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped. The labels on light switches and other items were great - they really helped to not have to push buttons to figure out which switch activates which light, and to know where to put away dishes and other kitchen items. The dock was beautiful and an easy place to tie up our boat or to sit and have a cocktail at sundown. There is a notebook with detailed instructions, along with maps and take-out menus, which was very helpful. The music system, operated by an iPhone, was great. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the next-door neighbors were great to talk to. The common areas are small, so although the house can sleep 8 people, it might be a little tight if everyone wanted to be together in the kitchen/family room. But, there is plenty of space on the porch, by the grill, and on the dock. We loved the paddleboards, kayaks, and rafts - that was an extra that we have not had at previous rentals, but really enjoyed having this past week. Michell was easy to reach for the minor questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boujee Shack, would definitely come back, and highly recommend it to others. All Boujee No Shack- 5 Stars!

We stayed at the Boujee Shack for a family getaway, reuniting our family for a “school’s out for summer mini- break.” The kids said the house was “all Boujee” and had “Malibu vibes!” It was spotlessly cleaned, impeccably decorated, included so many fun lake toys, and being great home cooks, we really appreciated having a well equipped kitchen. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely come again for a relaxing stay...a perfect kick off to summer. Highly recommend!
