Property was clean, rooms are large and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill. A few things; the pool table pockets are broken and the keurig coffee maker does not work.

House was perfect for our weeklong Disney World trip of 3 generations, kids ranging from 3 to 18. Very clean on arrival, and great communication. Only a few small issues- more towels would be nice and we had some loud neighbors a couple nights making noise past the start of “quiet hours.” We’d also love the chance to recycle. Pro’s: nice clubhouse/pool area (we used it once), great location, no pest issues Would stay here again!

This home was everything it said and more. I had a few issues but, they were resolved right away. Ken and Larry were excellent from beginning to end! I would recommend this home to any large families that may need a home away from home. Would definitely book again!

Not great
The house was not clean. Floors were very dirty, hand rails were sticky, the dust was disgusting, dead bugs in the showers. Half of the tv’s didn’t work no matter what we did. The downstairs was extremely hot, the a/c was not helping. The grill is ready to fall apart. The fridge barely kept things cold. The filter on the water system needed to be changed immediately, the ice machine barely worked. The pool table was broke and the tips were broke off the sticks. No fan or a/c in the game room. You couldn’t control the fans in the bedrooms, some of them didn’t even have the pull string.

We had an amazing time. The house was exactly as described. Big enough for our large family. Pool was great and so was the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and was close to shopping and Disney and Sea World. We loved all the amenities and would definitely stay again.

Excellent!!
We loved our time here! The house was very clean and just as described. Very clean and comfortable for our retreat. The manager was very responsive and helpful and kind would totally rent here again! Also, if you rent here the clubhouse pools and restaurant should not be missed. This is an excellent property with pools, a tiki bar, cabanas for rent, a golf course. Really great to walk in and explore!

Big enough for all!
The biggest thing about vacationing with adults is to not feel “on top of each other.” This property with so many bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space. Great location. Be prepared for the security gate access - once or twice it took longer than we’d have liked. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. We did not visit the other amenities within the development.

ROACHES!!!
Please read and take heed! There is a roach infestation in the kitchen and management and housekeeping is well aware of it because there are traps on the counter and floor and roach spray in the cabinet. This should be taken care of before anyone else stays there. There were burnt-on and dirty dishes in the cabinet also that need to be cleaned and replaced. The property manager stopped responding to my concerns about the roaches. This is sad because of the cost to stay in this home. This was an embarrassment to other family members that I had invited to visit with us.

The toilet in bedroom 1 toilet was sealed but had yellow urine in the toilet when I removed the seal. There was roaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. The sofas were peeling and need to be replaced. The house especially upstairs was hot and never got to a cold Comfortable temperature. The owner was quick to respond to my texts.

Disney Family Vacation
We had a fabulous stay. The houses here are so close that you can hold hands with the neighbor. Still not bad. The house itself was big and beautiful. Upon arrival the gas grill was broken, the front door latch was broken and the washing machine was as well. The front door latch was fixed by a guest that stayed with us. There is only 1 washer in the home, not 2. The shower pressure in one bathroom upstairs beeds looked at and we saw some unwanted bugs. Other than that, Kenny was super responsive and fixed things in a timely manner for it being a holiday week. The house worked perfect for our 7 families that went to Disney World and Orlando. We tried to use the bumber provided for a shuttle but the shuttle never showed up after making arrangements so we decided to take our own vehicles to the parks which was fine as well.

We had a large group and we were well accommodated. This is a very roomy house and well appointed. It is well located but it is Orlando and traffic is always an issue. We were able to do everything we wanted with no problems. We made the upstairs common area a game room and it worked great. Bring towels with you because there are few provided and pest control is needed. But, it is absolutely a great place to stay; you won’t be disappointed. We would definitely go back.

Loved it!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our large family enjoyed the spacious floor plan! The kids and adults loved the pool area. We were thankful for the child safety gate to give us peace of mind for the little ones. We chose to pay extra for pool heat and I’m glad we did because my grands were in the pool as early as 9am. The pool was clean and well kept too. The clubhouse was another perk to our stay. The kids loved the lazy river and slide area. Although you’re close to the theme parks, you can stay at the house the whole time and be just fine.
