Really nice and comfortable rooms and spa with outdoor pool / jacuzzi and two saunas with amazing views. Functional gym with more modern equipment. Staff was so-so and the wifi didn't work on the 5th floor.

Zentral gelegen, aber ...
Der Hotelparkplatz ist in Wirklichkeit ein öffentlicher, zahlungspflichtiger Parkplatz, der ein gutes Stück vom Hotel entfernt ist. Kein Vergnügen bei strömendem Regen mit Gepäck. Das Zimmer war eng, verwohnt und muffelig. Es ist viel zu warm und stickig. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Durch das Fenster kommen kopfschmerzerregende Rauchabgase und das Brummen einer Abluftanlage. Der Kühlschrank macht ein unangenehmes, lautes Geräusch. 0,33 cc Evian kostet 4 Euro, Frühstück 20 €. Woher dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat bleibt ein Rätsel, lediglich die Preise sind auf diesem Niveau.

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Chamonix
Schönes gemütliches Hotel im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum und sehr nahe an einen kostengünstigen beschrankten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Bemerkenswert ist auch das Spa und der Pool mit Blick auf die wunderschönen Berge. Hier kann man wirklich sehr schöne Tage verbringen und die Stadt Chamonix mit all seinen Geschäften, der Gastronomie und der umliegenden Gastronomie genießen. Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Chamonix würde ich das Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Von meiner Seite aus eine klare Empfehlung.

Kein 4-Sterne-Hotel
Es handelt sich offenbar um nebeneinander liegende Häuser, was die vielen Treppen und halben Stockwerke erklärt. Das winzige Zimmer war nicht (wie angegeben) rollstuhlgerecht und hatte keinen Balkon. Das Fenster ging zu einem Innenhof über der Küche. Der Lüfter war nicht nur zu hören, sondern auch zu riechen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön mit spektakulärem Blick, aber die dort ausgegeben Handtücher waren fransig und zerschlissen. Das ist alles kein 4-Sterne-Standard! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, musste aber extra gezahlt werden.

Defintately not 4 star standard
This hotel does definately not live up to its 4-star rating. This is why. Room is very basic. Definately not worth the 204 eur we paid for the night. There was no iron in the room but rather we had to use a washing room to iron our clothes. Allthough the hotel has a lovely spa, they did not offer towels nor enough space and lockers to change at the spa. We and other people had to take the elevator with towels around our bodies - this is completely unnaceptable for a 4-star hotel. Just put a couple of robes in each room dear hotel! The spa and location is great but the general feel of the room is definately not 4-star.

This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well.

Great hotel at 10 mins walk from the main bus station (Chamonix Sud). Bus stops to most ski stations are conveniently situated just a few meters away from the hotel so we did not have to walk a long way with our equipment. The hotel is also situated right downtown close to the restaurants and shops which was great for dinner time and off days. The SPA is to die for. The perfect way to end our ski day with the breathtaking rooftop pool and hot tub. Definitely a reason why you should book the hotel. There is not a single day where we did not go to the spa. It is really one of a kind. The hotel has convenient lockers to store your ski equipment, however it did not dry them overnight. We had amazing service from the gentleman at the reception. He was helpful, funny and very nice. Thank you. The rooms are a bit outdated which takes away from the luxurious aspect of the hotel. Also we had to ask for coffee and cream to be refilled every day as it was not done automatically when they cleaned the room which was a bit odd. Thank you Park Hotel

This hotel might have been a 4-star gem a decade ago, but it's showing its age now. The beds are quite small, and the bathroom, especially the hairdryer and showerhead, could use an upgrade. Our attempt at the spa was a bit disappointing – the hammam wasn't working, and the sauna and jacuzzi weren't hot enough. The thin walls meant we could hear everything from our neighbors. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the view is lovely.

Great place to stay. It was easy to get to from the train station and walkable to the excursions we took. The only complaint was the pillow’s weren’t what we were hoping for. The room was also very warm and we had a hard time cooling it off.

Have been guests at this hotel 5 or 6 times through the years for our hiking vacations in the alps. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient and helpful.

The service was attentive. We enjoyed a massage in the the sap area which was excellent. The outdoor hot tub was lukewarm but the sauna's were clean & were at the proper temperatures. The restaurant had limited dinner options and were out of most items when we came to dinner at 7pm
