„Rooms were not ready at 5:30 pm. Front desk staff (Vanessa) was not able and more important willing to help. We had to insist for her to call a manager to solve the problem. Basically having a guest tell the staff of a Hotel how do do there job is unacceptable. “

„Gute Zentrale Lage. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Frühstück sehr gut. Netter Front Desk.“

„I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. „Super Preis-Leistungsverhätnis. Sehr sauber. Man hört den Verkehr sehr deutlich.“

„Es per friendly y además de que huele mucho a mascotas, los perros ladran en la noche. De igual manera las habitaciones entran mucho ruido.“

„Ganz tolles Hotel, 3 Jahre alt, sehr schöne, riesige Zimmer. Sehr sauber, tolles Frühstück, super Pool. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Jederzeit wieder👌“

„Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, was im Hotelgewerbe scheinbar eine Herausforderung ist. Hier gab es nichts zu meckern. Das Frühstück ist nicht berauschend und für amerikanische Hotels, wie ich es kennengelernt habe, eher durchschnittlich.“

„Stayed here for two weeks on business and it went without a hitch. I had a colleague who selected to stay at an Air B&B and they weren’t nearly as happy with their choice. The hotel has everything you could possibly need for convenience and ease. My one and only complaint … please upgrade your tv remotes. Awfully bulky and slow BUT… 10/10, would stay here again.“

„Alles ok, würde jeder zeit wieder dort übernachten, kann ma immer weiter empfehlen. 👍“
