„I hate to give this property a good review because I don't want it to get so popular I can't get in, but it really is a great place to stay. The location is central, the people there are so nice, the units are exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, well appointed. The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. This was our second year at this property and will be our preferred place to stay in the future.“

„The villa is in a great location with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. The beach was quiet in front of the resort and we never had a problem getting chairs/umbrellas. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We ate one night at Casa Nonna at the Ritz next door and a couple nights at The Deck in Seven Stars resort. We had a rental car so also made the drive to Da Conch Shack and Omar's. Also enjoyed Hemingway's. Highly recommend Coco Van for lunch. One note - the bugs/mosquitos ...

„The listing was exactly as described! All of the amenities were perfect and top notch. Proximity to stores, restaurants and the grocery store was great. The villa has all of the comforts of home. „We all loved our time spent at 304 VR. The condo was exactly as listed and didn’t lack for anything. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. We spent much time on the balcony. We never had a problem getting beach chairs. The seaweed was minimal. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Just bring bug spray. The no seeums and mosquitoes were out in force at dusk. “

„Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise.“
