„We booked a room for a party of 5 - and also had to pay extra charge for the 5th person. But the room only provided sleeping for 4 - sofa had no bedware on. Since we checked in late, nobody at the reception - no way to fix this. On the next day - checking out - they were not willing to compensate and reduce the rate by the 5th person charge. Overall highly overpriced for what you get; also considering high price levels in TC“

„Great pool and restaurant.“

„The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).“

„View was absolutely amazing“

„The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!“

„Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and ...

„Es war einfach nur großartig. Perfekte Lage nahe des schönsten Strands der Karibik mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tollen Restaurants, große und immer saubere saubere Zimmer mit stabilem und schnellen Internet, unglaublich nettes und herzliches Personal, ein fantastischen Pool. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!“

„The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.“

„Great hotel choice. So glad we stayed here. Everyone was nice and friendly, and both the restaurants open were good. The rooftop one had an absolutely beautiful view. Overall, great experience.“

„Breakfast was average. It was decent, but there is room for improvement, especially in the variety and selection of options.“

„The golf cart driver Daniel was very nice and helpful“

„The staff were so friendly they felt like family. The area was secluded and beautiful surrounded by trees and an easy access creek where they provided kayaking services to add to your stay. Close to the ariport and local attractions making travel easy. Check in and check out was an easy process and I felt 100% welcome. When we come back I will likely book in the same location.“
