The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. Ich würde jedoch aufgrund des Services nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen. Mitarbeiter grüßen kaum, schauen meist sehr unfreundlich. They don’t charge u for water bottles unlike other higher star hotels in the area. They have fruits, quick chocolates and cookies and buns available at the front desk which are very helpful specially when u arrive late or leave early. Staff is super friendly.
