Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom basement apartment, centrally located in Chadron, NE. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Pine Ridge region of Northwest Nebraska, this vintage-charm-meets-modern-comfort apartment offers a peaceful escape for nature enthusiasts, history buffs, visiting college children, or travelers passing through.

Living Area:
Unwind in the cozy living area, where you can kick back on comfortable seating, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or simply enjoy the warmth of the decor that reflects the history and natural beauty of Chadron and the Pine Ridge region.

Bedrooms:
Our basement apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for a relaxing stay. The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Kitchen and Dining:
The well-equipped kitchen offers a full-sized refrigerator, oven with a four-burner range, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals.

Bathroom:
You'll find a well-appointed bathroom with all the essentials you need for a refreshing and convenient stay. The bathroom features a full bathtub/shower, a small vanity with a shelf in the corner for extra counter space, and plush towels.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire basement apartment during your stay, including the private entrance, bedrooms, bathroom, living area, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to the grassy area outside of the apartment entrance. It's your home away from home.

Other things to note:
Please note that the basement ceilings are lower than standard, adding to the cozy character of the space. Taller guests may need to be mindful of this unique feature.

Noise considerations: Please be aware that, as a basement apartment, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the upper level of the house. We do our best to minimize noise, but we appreciate your understanding in this regard.

We do have two friendly dogs and two cats on the premises, but they are not allowed in the guest space.
