Sehr gutes Hotel
Wir waren eine Woche da. Das Hotel war sehr gut, direkt am Strand. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslunsgreich, europäisches und asiatisches Essen. Die Liegen am Pool sind begrenzt und oft bereits am morgen früh reserviert. Das ist ein kleiner Manko gewesen. Man kann ebenfalls nicht zu Fuss nach Hua Hin gehen, es gibt aber einen Shuttle-Bus vom Hotel organisiert. Wir würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Einzigartiges Hotel. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und für uns eines der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir so kennen. Aufmerksames Personal und typisch thailändischer Stil. Einerseits eine wunderbare Ruhe, andererseits kann man mit dem Shuttleservice jederzeit in die Stadt. Spa superschön und professionell. Restaurants für Thailand teuer, aber auch sehr gut.Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Super schönes Hotel.Tolle Restaurants und sehr freundliches Personal.Wer es gerne ein bisschen ruhiger hat fühlt sich da sehr wohl. Hua Hin ist innert kürze erreichbar,also auch kein Problem wenn man mal shoppen oder feiern will.

Good Hotel for Relaxation
Hotel and service are excellent, however, the surrounding is a bit boring (empty apartment buildings in the middle of nowhere). The beach is ok, except for the little smelly creek in front of the hotel beach. Swimming is difficult since the water is too shallow. But the pool area is huge and very nice. Hotel shuttle bus into Hua Hin was well organized. So if you just want to stay and relax at the hotel with a few trips into Huan Hin town (night market) , then the Dusit Thani is a good choice

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
Wir erwarteten ein Fünfsternhotel wie man bei Dusit Thani gewöhnt ist. Leider lässt das Hotel einiges zum Wünschen übrig. Vor allem vermisst man einen dem Standard entsprechenden Unterhalt. Das Hotel benötigt nicht nur eine sanfte Renovation!! Es macht den Anschein, dass das Management still vor sich hinblickt und niemand ist zuständig. Schade für die schöne Hotelanlage, die langsam aber sicher an Substanz verliert.

Ein sehr schönes gediegenes und ruhiges Hotel.Imposanter und beeindruckender Empfangsbereich.Ein sehr schöner und großer Poolbereich mit sehr zuvorkommenden Pool staff.Leider ist der Strandabschnitt der Wermutstropfen, kleiner Strand und dreckig. Dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts.Zu empfehlen ist der Club Zugang.Sehr schöne Lage im siebten Stock mit Blicküber das Meer.Separatem Frühstücksbereich.Abends Cocktailstunde mit Canapés. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Pool - kleiner strand
Kleine Abwechslung vom bunten Treiben in Bangkok - Hua Hin hat einen schönen Nachtmarkt - man kann dort gut Fischessen - die besonders schöne Poolanlage im Dusit Hotel bietet herrliche Blicke - die Klimaanlage beim Frühstück lädt nicht besonders dazu ein " länger dort zu weilen" die Außenplätze sind daher immer gut ausgebucht. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich - die Zubringerbusse vom Hotel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Von Bangkok aus ist man in zweieinhalb Stunden in Hua Hin.

es war ein sehr ansprechendes und sauberes Hotel.
wir konnten uns ueber das Wochenende entspannen. Das Zimmer war mit Meerblick und die Terrasse war ideal um sich ungestört bei frischer Luft zu erholen Ebenso war es sehr angenehm direkt am Meer zu sein.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist nicht so günstig da etwas abseits. Mit dem Hotel eigenen Transfer Bus der jede Stunde geht ist das relativ unkompliziert.

Fantastisches Hotel mit riesigem Aussenpool
Erstklassiges Luxushotel nördlich von Hua Hin mit einem der schönsten (und größten - 25 x 50 m) Pools die ich kenne mit direktem Anschluss ans Meer. Ideal zur Entspannung mit sportlichen Möglichkeiten; in der Gartenanlage kann man sich verlaufen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Um sich abends die schönen Nachtmärkte in Hua Hin anschauen zu können, kann man für 50 Baht pro Strecke den stündlich verkehrenden Shuttlebus des Hotels nutzen.

Für einen perfekten Urlaub
Hotel ist gut gelegen. Nicht weit von Palm Hills golf club. Das Hotel organisiert für die Kunden den Green fee, inkl. Abholservice zu günstigem Preis. Hotel Anlagen sind grosszügig, Essen perfekt, etc.. Sogar der Strand ist ok, was in Hua Hin oft nicht der Fall ist.

Ocean view suite was clean and well kept. Property itself was aging, but was well maintained, clean and newly painted. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the shuttle was convenient for getting into town and we had no issues finding grab taxis to get around. Dining was not world class, but was still perfectly acceptable, with good selection of international foods for breakfast. Wife rated the spa massage and laundry service highly. I would stay again at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin as it offered very good value for money.

We stayed at Dusit in a club room for 4 nights. I was playing golf whilst my mom was hanging around the resort. We had the best service from a nice gentleman for our breakfast. We apologized for not remembering his name. Room was lovely and well equipped. Views were amazing. Bathroom was a litlle bit dated. A hair dryer was very old, it should be chaged for a newer version. Housekeeping was great, and staffs were really friendly. The only negative was the feeling after we checked out. Every guests should feel welcome until the last step, they walk out from the Floor.

The hotel itself is very pretty with a nice layout and very nice pool and grounds. The rooms themselves were very dated along with a lot of the interior of the hotel. Breakfast was average for a 4/5* hotel of this caliber (fruit selection for Thailand was appauling) and the coffee is shockingly bad However the food at the restaurants located within the hotel were amazing and we would go back just for that

There were some issues with the booking but Bond and his front desk team took control and turned it round from a potentially very poor weekend to a remarkable one! When problems occur (and they just do sometimes), it's an opportunity for exceptional customer service to come to the fore. The hotel is fantastic but what made it so special was the staff. It was wonderful to see so many smiles! Highly competent (obviously very well trained), professional and genuinely friendly the staff is worthy of 6 stars! Other Hoteliers should stay here to see how it should be done.
