We had our wedding here at the Grand Ball Room. The hotel was wonderful. There are a couple of good restaurants in the hotel as well. It is a historic hotel... No Tv's. Some rooms have just the claw foot tub, others have showers. All our guests enjoyed their stay here.

Gut: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
The rooms were well-appointed and very clean. The floors in this historic building were stunning! The building itself was beautiful and so well-restored. My only complaint was the smell of the bedding; I have severe scent issues and they used very fragrant laundry detergent. Most people would like the smell, but it was a big problem for me personally. The check-in process was easy, even without a front desk clerk (it's all done via text and/or email).

This is our favorite place to stay in Centralia. Love the staff and the historic building! Best location, close to N Tower St (best restaurants and vintage shopping!) and always clean. The manager has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions, in addition to loving the location and building, this is why we continue to stay here when we travel for baseball and softball. Please note, no TV’s in the rooms and some rooms do not have showers or bathrooms, pay attention while booking and know this is an old hotel. It also has the best breakfast restaurant downstairs!

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
To be honest we didn't even stay the night after walking into the building due to the smell of the building and the rooms. This hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. Pictures definitely over represent what you are getting and the check-in process wasn't sent to me until we had already booked the room. It is all based on a code to get in the room, no customer service. Unfortunately, we had 2 rooms booked that we didn't use. A refund would be nice and I can't recommend this hotel

Expedia : You gave us the wrong address. I have a. copy you send me. Ran around for an hour trying to find the hotel. Also, no one was available to assist us, especially figuring out the codes to elevator, room, entranca.. Bad experience. The only positive: The restaurant adjecent to hotel had excellent breakfast.
