Located about 10 minutes from Killington Resort, just 3 miles from the Killington access road. Pico mountain is also nearby less than 5 miles drive. ( a local favorite on powder days). House sits on 5 private acres for you to explore.

The open floor plan includes a cathedral ceiling, family entertainment and dining area, a state of the art chef's kitchen with walk in pantry and a first floor guest suite with attached bath. A sweeping staircase leads to the bamboo-floored second level, with a landing/sitting area off of the four upstairs rooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. The large master suite has a generously sized bathroom, which includes a dry sauna.

The house is a great place to relax or work remotely. There are 2 desks and 2 nice size tables.

Trail operations at Killington Resort depend on natural snowfall and the resort's snowmaking capabilities. For the most up-to-date information on ski trail availability, please refer to the resort's official website. Please note that during the early and late winter seasons, the resort may be closed entirely. Refunds will not be provided for any resort closures.
