„Washer and Dryer always broke. Machines are empty. You need another luggage cart , if 1 person has it its gone forever. Staff is excellent. Jackie and Zuluma are great but are limited. Cleaning staff is great and is custodial crew. “

„Parking was abundant. Staff helpful enough and polite. I could tell hotel was remodeled pretty recent. The reason I gave only three stars was bc this hotel is also an extended stay hotel and the residents are very comfortable there. The hotel smells of cigarette and other smoke. It was pretty noisy up until about 0400, could here kids jabbering and crying, people playing music. For the price the room was good. “

„The front desk clerk wouldn’t even make eye contact or speak She was not friendly or inviting. The door was already locked at 7 PM. I would not stay here again. You could clearly tell they haven’t scrubbed or clean the shower in a while .“

„We arrived at 10:30 pm; the main entrance was locked, so we had to check-in through a window. With freeway traffic, it was too noisy to hear the desk clerk, who only mouthed “license” & “card”, took our cards & left, later returning to bring us room keys & say “thanks”. No instructions on where the room was, parking, WiFi, etc. The room was clean, & the bedding looked new, but the furniture was older & weathered. You could feel a bit of humidity, so the bed sheets felt slightly sticky/damp ...
