However, room service isn’t offered “because corona” and with an infant, it’s highly inconvenient having to go to the front desk everyday for towels and other necessities because hospitals are still working and restaurants so COVID isn’t an acceptable excuse to not offer room service. Also, the dryer does on the third floor does not work. “

During our 3-day stay, the reception said, that our room gets cleaned on the 2nd day. We only got fresh towels, but the room didn’t get refreshed. "Non Smoking Zimmer war wohl früher Smoking Zimmer. Es hat nach abgestandenem Rauch gerochen.Matrazen waren mit einem Plastikschonbezug bezogen und darüber ein Laken. Überhaupt kein gutes Schlafgefühl. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und groß."
