„Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mississipi und zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, Service war sehr gut, Restauration ist auch gut und bezahlbar. In meinem Zimmer (nach außen) war es aber aufgrund von Außengeräuschen etwas laut. Ich denke aber, dass das nicht für alle Zimmer gilt.“

„It was a great & comfortable place for travelers visiting the convention center. It was walkable to places like Target, large indoor mall, & food vendors along the way to the CC. My only complaint was how long it took for us to check in. It was well into late afternoon b4 we got our room.“

„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “
