„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„The staff was professional and welcoming. We seek out Hotel Indigos due to the modern upscale design ( aesthetic) without the upscale price! Though we had an early departure in the am from Union Depot I chose Hotel Indigo over closer to the station options. Never disappointed. Finally a member:) con: no valet or greeter as we planned to just drop our bags, return rental car, then light rail back. It went smoothly regardless. Quick to bring bags up to room. “
