„The hotel has an awesome location on Houghton Lake. But i was going late in the season and the weather wasn't good. The reason i picked the hotel was for the new pool and hot tub. I got there on thursday and the hot tub was out of service until monday. They said the pool was heated, but definitely was not warm.They also didn't clean the room. „Schöne, alte Bausubstanz. Fußboden ist sehr laut. Man hört die Schritte der Zimmernschbarn. Zimmerservice kommt nur alle paar Tage. Sicherlich muss nicht jeden Tag eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden, aber vielleicht die Mülleimer geleert und die Verbrauchsmittel aufgefüllt.“
