„The most important to me in a stay, the mattresses were very comfortable. The couch was not at all comfortable, and overall the house was very bare. No extra toilet paper, very little in the kitchen to cook with. Neighbors are pretty sketchy but never bothered us, just had several loud fights. Host was good to work with, quick to help us with missing towels and the overgrown yard.“

„We were told that this was handicapped accessible. And we're very excited about the walk-in tub. When we got there there are two stairs to get into the building and no ramp for our wheelchair. The hallways were so tight that a walker or wheelchair barely could go through the hallways. We contacted the property manager and he told us he would refund our money. „We came to the area to attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear member of our family. There was plenty of room for us. The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. „Our first night was unexpectedly hot since the air conditioner was not working, but Daniel worked quickly to get it fixed as soon as possible. Really appreciate how responsive he is, and at least there were fans in most of the bedrooms and an extra box fan that came in very handy!
