The river location was perfect because the main road was on the opposite side of the building so you felt very secluded. We had a couple of guests out our door the morning the left. “

„Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. „We had a great stay! The property had so many amenities that I feel like the description didn’t mention, like racquet ball, pickle ball, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We loved that it was so pet friendly and we saw that many people staying had dogs. The only negative, is that we thought this was a ground floor unit as what is listed in the name but the unit is actually on the second floor. We try to book ground units so it’s easy to bring the dog in and out without having to bring him through ...

The apartment is perfectly located near the grocery store, on the main road with shops and restaurants, close to parking and with beautiful views. Andy was responsive and helpful. We fell in love with Estes Park and would absolutely stay here again. “
