Starbucks coffee on every floor! What else can I say? Great and friendly staff. Beds and pillows are top notch. The wife fell in love with the robes. Only place I will stay in Chataqua county.

It was so beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful atmosphere! Lunch was amazing. The room was so spacious and comfortable. We had our own deck to relax on. We will be back !!!

The room was clean, mostly quiet (upstairs person had heavy footsteps), staff were pleasant, right on the lake, and best of all.... the coffee stations on each floor to get early morning coffee.

The hotel itself is very nice. Our room was great and the grounds are beautiful. The staff was friendly. The only area I would improve would be lounge staff. Friday night was okay. Saturday night the bartender seemed annoyed with our drink orders. Breakfast on Sunday was very good and check out was easy.. That being said the area around the hotel is run down and there isn't much to do. This is the nicest place to eat or have a drink, so please improve the lounge experience. .

Beautiful location and facilities. Rooms were spacious and well kept. Pool and hot tub were clean and running great during my stay as well. I do wish there was a continental breakfast offered.

Beautiful spot. It is very quiet and restful in the winter. We enjoyed the views and the helpful staff. The dining room is very good. We also liked the museums and restaurants in Jamestown.
