„Great stay and the host communicated well. House was great and the boys loved jumping off the dock. The host left ice cream for the boys and made it feel like home. The only down fall which is out of the host control is the neighbors. We had a little cook out with the team one night at 5 and the neighbor counts the people coming into the house and wasn’t pleasant. Besides that this house is great! “

„We had a great stay at the Funky Turtle. The house was clean and just enough space for my family of 5. The house is close to campground bathrooms if the occasional extra bathroom is needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, use of the grill, and sitting on the porch. Our only complaint is about the noise but it was clear from the map that the campground was located near an interstate. „Enjoyed three nights at this property to hike the dunes. Location was good, towards the West side of the park but an easy drive to multiple hikes. Also had the option to walk directly from the house for the Miller Woods trail and Miller Woods Beach. Backyard was great for relaxing after a day of hiking. Grill was easy to use with the hard lined gas and hot tub was clean and enjoyable. If you do bring more than 2 cars, the remote lot is at the Miller train stop about a mile south. Was a bit ...
