Home Truths:
- There is no washer or dryer, but an iron and ironing board are provided.
- There is no air conditioning.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is no washer and dryer in the unit, and it is not available for guest use within the condo complex. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave., Cayucos.

- Parking is located at the back of the building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Walkable and nice view of ocean from balcony and lots of dining near the rental. Beach access across the street. Management and staff were very helpful taking care of a fuse that went out in the kitchen. Seats in the balcony were wet and dirty so couldn't sit outside and really enjoy it. Although staff was responsive we had plans outside the next day by the time things were in place. Only other thing was the location of the second bedroom which was by the outside public walkway and curtains couldn't be opened to let in any outside light.

Beautiful view of the Cayucos Pier

Great communication, easy check in, very clean, comfy beds and the best ocean view! Only one downside was the smell of cigarette and marjuana smoke coming through the vents at times. Overall we had a beautiful weekend and enjoyed the convenience of a local coffee shop downstairs and the Cayucos pier across the street where we took morning walks and watched the surfers.

Great location, could be a little cleaner

This is a great location, very close to the beach. The property could have been cleaner, the floors were especially dirty. I recognize this is a beach property but even upon check in it felt like there was sand everywhere. The check in process was OK, but I did have to call the host company and wait on hold upon arrival to find out which room I had reserved as the reservation did not clarify this information. The pictures looked exactly like the room. Communication with the host company was OK, they did not seem to know the property that well and asked me to start laundry upon checkout even though there was no laundry on site. Overall it is a good stay.

Accessible Condo for All!

We loved the condo and the location. Everyone in our group was able to cruise around town, hang at the beach, and eat out without having to drive places. Great location! Only down side was the bed in the second room...fine for kids, but not adults. The bed in the front room (balcony side) was very comfortable though.

Comfort in Cayucos

This was a great two bedroom option for my kids and I across the street from the beach and above a great cafe. Easy parking and clean amenities. Close to day trip to SLO, Avila, Pismo, and Morro Bay areas. I’d easily stay here again.

good location but needs better maintenance

Setup of the apartment was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with adequate supply of paper and other needs. Rooms were mostly clean but there was hair on one the beds and the couch looked pretty filthy. Kitchen could have been better equipped. An oven tray instead of muffin tray would be better. Aluminum foil and some oil etc would be helpful. We've stayed in many places and I thought those are basics. Heater didn't work, but they gave space heaters which were fine. One morning we didn't have hot water for shower. Location of the apartment was very good.
