Thank you for your feedback all the issues are being addressed. I am making a trip to the cottage on Wednesday and taking a new gas grill. I sent your review to the cleaner which is not the same that cleans the main house and the main house has guests staying for 30 days so that cleaner has not been there to check the grills. I had a cover to try to save the grills from rust and found they were not being covered. The problem with the parking space is due to the house across the street being remodeled and their workers keep parking in our spot. I asked the property owner to post a sign not to park there in the future. I am the only licensed short term vacation rental on the block and all the other property owners know not to park there.
