No-one at reception - room mentioned fan included there was no fan tried looking for member of staff to help no-one was there, rang the numbers given to be told they couldn't help. Overall tho the rooms were brilliant and spacious. Couldn't fault the rooms. Check in was easy and codes were sent to me with room number to access the building

Spa was amazing and so were the gardens. Some of the staff were kind and some others were very unhelpful and acted as though clients were a bother. Very difficult to get a taxi so best to have your own vehicle.

Such a lovely traditional pub with good accommodation, situated in a pretty rural setting, a short drive away from Pickering. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My husband and I had an evening meal in the pub which was excellent, as was breakfast the following morning. Pet friendly. Would definitely recommend the Horseshoe Inn.
