As this is a long-term stay (30 days or longer), you will be responsible for utilities exceeding $300 for each month. Utilities should not exceed this cap for normal daily use (pool heating not included) and we kindly ask you to be energy conscious as we are. We will bill you any amount exceeding $300. Please note that heating the pool will most likely result in utility overage.
