„Endlich wollte ich mal kurz vor Weihnacheten Ouro Preto besuchen und mir auch ein vernünftiges Hotel gönnen. Da ich die Reise kurzfristig geplant habe war die Auswahl an Hotels nicht mehr groß. Nach einiger Überlegung viel die Wahl auf die Pousada Minas Gerais. Ich hätte allerdings auf die Bewertung eines Gasts aus Großbritannien hören sollen, der schon die mangelnde Sauberkeit und vielen Haare im Bad angesprochen hatte. Genauso habe ich das Zimmer dann auch angetroffen. Schmutzige Decke im Bett ...

„Grandioser Blick vom Zimmer, überdurchschnittliches Frühstück, Superlage 2 min vom Hauptplatz und 8 min zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof. Einfaches, sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Zugang und Zufahrt sind durch ein Tor verschlossen. Also absolut sicher. Die Koffer im Hotel zu lassen nach dem Checkout war eine Selbstverständlichkeit.“
