Sauberes, aber altes und kleines Zimmer, vor allem für zwei Gepäckstücke. Das Fitnessstudio war OK, aber etliche Geräte waren kaputt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, genauso wie das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Die Lage im Savassi war perfekt.

Die Zimmerreinigung war mangelhaft, die Abflüsse im Badezimmer waren voller Haare, und es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt. Bett und Matratze waren in schlechtem Zustand. Das Frühstück bot nur eine kleine Auswahl und ließ qualitativ sehr zu wünschen übrig.
