Con respecto al exterior de la propiedad, desafortunadamente, con el clima tan seco, el yeso exterior se ha agrietado y esto está en nuestro programa de mantenimiento para reemplazarlo a continuación. Espero que esto no afecte su uso de la parcela y considere quedarse con nosotros nuevamente en el futuro. thank you for your review we are sorry you had a problem with ants we will certainly look to resolve the problem urgently. With regards to the exterior of the property unfortunatley with the weather being so dry the exterior plaster has cracked and this is on our maintenance schedule to replace next. I hope this did not affect your use of the plot and you would consider staying with us again in the future.

We note your comments about revamping and agree that some areas the villa need a bit of love.We had already scheduled works to be completed earlier in the year however the terrible weather in the spring has delayed us being able to complete the upgrades before our rental season started again. merci pour votre avis, la villa est indiquée comme étant à 40 minutes en voiture de Valence et qu'une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et je suis désolé si vous pensiez que nous étions plus proches de la ville. heureux que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour et j'espère que vous nous rendrez visite à nouveau. thank you for your review the villa is stated as being a 40 minute drive from Valencia and that a car is essential for getting around and I am sorry if you thought we were closer to the city. glad you had an enjoyable stay and hope you will visit us again.

We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay at our villa and loved the views like we do! Unfortunately a dust storm did cloud the pool at one point but with a bit of care it was quickly back to standard and we hope we did not interrupt your stay too much while we sorted it out. Thank you for your review, we are pleased you had a good time at the villa. I am concerned about your comment that the villa was not clean and advise that the villa is cleaned, checked and photographed prior to your arrival. I have checked the photographs taken prior to your arrival and cannot see any area where the villa is unclean but would certainly like to hear from you further as to the issues you had so we can improve. The only thing we cannot control is the dust we sometimes get at the villa which is brought up the hillside by the winds from the coast. I hope you can share your concerns with us direct and we can improve what we do for our next guests and would love to see you return in the future.

Prior to guests arriving our villa is cleaned & checked to make sure everything is in full working order. To protect us from any disputes we also photograph all areas & the utility meter readings. It is unfortunate these guests had a problem with the drainage on day 2 of their stay despite the villa being in full working order on their arrival. We reacted instantly when we received the call from the guests and arranged for the problem to be inspected the next day. The guests were quick to advise it wasn't a problem to all use the one bathroom and we arranged to fix the problem as soon as possible. We did not claim on the damage deposit for this issue but for excessive electricity charges due to the aircon units being on all week with all the doors and windows open which does not work. We believe the guests tried to cover up the damage they made to the drainage but cannot prove this hence we only requested a proportion on the damage deposit not the full amount available. It is unfortunate the guests did not look after our villa during their stay and upsetting to see the place in such a state. Our cleaning team had to spend more time than usual to get the place back to our usual standard as these guests did not seem to respect it. We would not rent to these people again.

thank you for your review, I have emailed you in the last few weeks to discuss your refund but as yet have not received a response. Unfortunately on your arrival the pool was low & as soon as you contacted us we arranged for our team to come and have a look, they were there in just over an hour. On further investigation they found there was a leak on the pump mechanism which we could not have forseen & it was promptly put right and the pool was able to be used by the following day. We apologise for the issues with the pool which were quickly resolved after you bringing it to our attention.
