Nothing matches the listing—dirty, trashy yard, broken oven, no advertised BBQ, two broken TVs, broken door locks, dilapidated/unsafe deck, broken deck chairs, rusted utensils, moldy sponges, corroded fixtures, soiled bedsheets and towels, no bright pillows or rugs as shown in the photos, no screens in the windows - they were laying outside on the ground, and a strong odor of cat urine. „Wow- this place is truly special. We felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The property is as described and the beds, linens etc are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids, as was the water trampoline. We snorkeled in the bay next door and saw sea turtles, sting rays, and lots of conch. „Sundance Beach House is situated in a private area on the island. The beach in front of the house is awesome.
