With just a few steps to enter the main level, guests will enjoy an open concept living space for entertaining, a large gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for 8. Cool mountain air and views are experienced from the large balcony with an outdoor grill and plenty of seating. Also on the main level is a king bedroom and an attached bath with a walk-in shower.
Down the stairs, guests will find the primary suite with another mountain view balcony, king-size bed, convertible fold-out twin bed, walk-in closet and a full bath with a separate jet tub and walk-in shower. Washer and dryer is on this level.
Upstairs, the loft includes a landing with a cozy sitting space for reading or gaming, a bedroom with a full sized bed and twin bunks and a half bathroom. A star projector lights up the room at night.

Fairfield Lake, a 55 acre crystal clear lake with swimming, boat rentals, fishing and a 3 mile walking trail around the perimeter.

Recreational activities include Sapphire Valley National Golf Club, Red Bird Golf, a Community Center with tennis, pickleball, large playground, basketball courts, soccer fields, new dog park, Vordach Zip Line and Sapphire Valley Ski Resort.
